| Adhesive Coating
-- Our process of adhesive coating is state-of-the-art. Milcut provides
pressure-sensitive adhesives especially formulated to meet a wide range of operating
environments such as high heat, oil and gasoline environments, mounting to high or low
surface energy surfaces to mention a few. Die -cutting - Custom fabrication of a wide range of materials to customer specifications. Laminating - The use of heat and hot melt adhesives in the fabrication process. Water jet cutting - This fabrication technique eliminated the need for steel rule dies, makes maximum utilization of material and eliminated concavity on thicker material. Product design - Assist the customer in selecting the best, most cost effective material for their unique application. Hot wire cutting - Custom fabrication of urethane foams to meet special application requirements such as cutting grooves and channels in the material. Convoluting - Convolute urethane foams for acoustical and packaging applications. Contract assembly - Provide the customer with cases and case inserts for packaging applications, acoustical insulation materials packaged as kits for simplifying the assembly process as well as other special customer requirements. Corrugated & foam assemblies - Corrugated & foams parts fabricated into a single packaging component. Sewing - Utilized in the fabrication of acoustical insulation for operators' cabs. Sheeting - Bulk material can be sheeted to customer specifications. Slitting - Closed cell sponge is slit to specified widths for weather stripping. Splitting - Closed cell sponge, polyethylene foam and urethane foam are split to customer specified thickness utilizing the very latest in foam cutting technology. Prototyping - Utilizing the water jet prototypes can be produced with an investment in tooling to confirm fit and function of the part.
