Derived from 49% post consumer tire scrap and 41% post industrial tire scrap, our masticated rubbers are a green solution. The rubber is reinforced with fiber allowing it to be durable but also flexible. Typical applications include: baffles, splash shields, mud flaps, and mats.
Melamine foam is a low density, high temperature material which minimizes the problems of toxicity, carcinogens and airborne fibers. It is highly fire resistant and has low smoke generation along with outstanding thermal and acoustical properties.
MilCore is an extremely lightweight and cost effective thermal insulation. It is a combination of a NBR/PVC closed cell foam and a black spunbond fabric facing. Together these two materials form a composite that can be used in tough environments while still being easy to install and having the ability to conform to various applications.
Milcoustic is an acoustically superior polyether foam with a UV Stable polyurethane facing. It has been developed to provide the best overall acoustic foam properties possible while also achieving high flammability standards.
MilcousticAL is an acoustically superior polyether foam with an aluminized mylar facing. The facing provides acoustic enhancement, thermal abatement, as well as a deterrent for airborne dirt, lint, mild chemicals, petroleum, or water mist.
MilFiber-AL is a vertically lapped synthetic fiber-based sound absorbing material with an aluminized facing. It has been engineered to provide superior thermal insulation and high sound absorption.
MilFiber-HT is a vertically lapped synthetic fiber-based sound absorber that is high temperature rated. It is compromised of 100% PET non-woven thermally bonded fiber. It can also have a facing attached to further enhance the material performance.
MilFiber-NW is a vertically lapped synthetic fiber-based sound absorbing material with a polyester non-woven acoustic facing. It has been engineered to provide premium sound absorption, enable good airflow resistance and has the ability to absorb high temperatures.
MilQuell is a new composite where the base is comprised of a white horizontally lapped proprietary fiber blend. It is designed to be a flame blocking/resistant product first, but thanks to the nature of the fiber, the composite also provides good acoustic properties. MilQuell is an extremely versatile material allowing it to be used in a variety of applications. The fiber content can be adjusted to various densities, thicknesses, produced with a pressure sensitive adhesive, and have a facing added to provide further benefits. MilShield is a light-weight, highly formable, resilient heat shield solution. It provides thermal protection for interior applications, yet is resilient enough to provide protection for exterior automotive conditions. It is avaible in two compositions, Aluminum/Foam/Aluminum or Aluminum/Foam/PSA.
MilShield Lite is a light-weight, highly formable, resilient heat shield solution. The difference between MilShield Lite and regular MilShield is the thinner aluminum facing.
Milspun Mat is an anti-fatigue mat that is made of polyvinyl chloride foam that is typically used in light to medium duty foot traffic areas.
Miltastic is a new polypropylene material. It has a 3-layer construction consisting of two outside hard plastic cap layers with a foam core. Miltastic can be used as a replacement for HDPE, ABS or other solid plastics. It is also available with a non-woven facing on one side for aesthetic applications.
This NBR, PVC blend is a closed cell foam that can be used in applications such as seals, gaskets, and thermal insulation.
Our Neoprene, EPDM, SBR blends come in a range of densities to fit our customers' needs. High densities provide stronger resistance while lower densities offer economically friendly options.
Pebble grain matting is typically attached to a closed cell foam although it can be used on its own. It features good weather resistance, superior impact strength, thermoformability and a low specific gravity. It has the look and feel of rubber and is an environmentally friendly material.
This material is a composite of polyether foam and a 14% perforated vinyl. The combination of the foam and vinyl allow this material to provide strong acoustical properties while still being able to meet flammability requirements.
Polycarbonate plastic has a polished surface and is UV stabilized. It features outstanding impact strength, superior dimensional stability, and high temperature resistance.
Our polyester fibers are made from a blend of microfibers that provide high acoustic absorption and thermal insulating properties. This allows the materials to have maximum performance while maintaining low thicknesses and weight.
Polyester Urethane is an open celled foam with a pore size of 60-80 PPI. Esters have small cell structures making them more rigid and harder to bend and flex, thus typically making them more supportive. They also maintain high flammability standards.
Polyether Urethane is an open celled foam that provides high acoustical properties while also maintaining high flammability standards. Ethers are more hydrolytically stable, meaning they will not break down when subjected to heat and moisture.
